Today, they finished scraping the linoleum off the kitchen floor! It took the guy two days for the kitchen. It makes me wonder what in the world kind of adhesive is used?
Tiling in the half bath and laundry room should begin tomorrow.
The first coat of paint is on almost all the walls in the dining room and formal living room! It took 5 gallons of paint!!!!
Your dining/living room painting adventure looks a lot like our Colorado house. The high ceilings make it more exciting, right? :) Glad it is getting done, though. Thankfully the previous owners tackled that one for us, and we decided it was fine. I admire you for even attempting.
As for the adhesive... we got new flooring this spring, and the guy said he would just put some stuff on and put the old over the new because it is such a pain to take the adhesive off. I feel for the guy with your floor!
